Shopping at GAIA decor


How to buy in GAIA decor?
Shopping with us is nothing complicated. Once you've completed your shopping, go to the shopping cart by clicking the icon in the upper right corner. You will see a summary of your session. Of course, you can still edit your order. If everything checks out, proceed to complete your order.

After finalizing the transaction you will receive an automatic email to the store summarizing your purchases and another informing you about the progress of the order.

How can I pay for my purchases?
For purchases in the GAIA decor store, you will pay:

- by quick online transfer,
- by credit card,
- by standard transfer,
- BLIK

In addition, you can choose to use the online installment system. mRaty is provided by mBank, while eRata is provided by Alior Bank.

What are the costs of order processing in GAIA decor store?
During the processing of your order, in the shopping cart, the available shipping methods and costs associated with the shipping of your order are displayed.
In GAIA decor store you will pay for your purchases:

INPOST Paczkomaty 15zł

How can I track the status of my order?
If you are a registered user of GAIA decor you can check the status of your order in the "My account" section.

If you placed an order as a guest, you can check the status of your order by going to the "Tracking guest orders" tab located in the footer of our website. Have your email address and order symbol ready (you received it in the email).

Can I pick up my order in person?
GAIA decor store only conducts mail order sales.

How can I receive notification when a product is back on sale?
We encourage you to sign up for email notification of availability.

What is the lead time for my order?
The lead time for your order is listed on each product card. It may happen that your purchases consist of items with different lead times. In such situations, we contact our customers.
Remember, we always notify you about the acceptance of your order with a separate email status.


RETURNS



Can I return products purchased at GAIA decor?
Absolutely, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details on returns can be found in the RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS tab.

How long does it take to return the money?
For a refund we have 14 days from the time of delivery of the return shipment to us, but we try to do it as soon as possible.

How will my funds be refunded?
Refunds are made by the same method by which the payment was made or if this is not possible by bank transfer.

Will I incur the cost of returning my purchases?
Your only expense is the cost of sending the products back to our address.

How much time do I have to return my purchases?
You are entitled to 14 days
