COMPLAINTS
To make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. COMPLAINT FORM
Fill out the complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name, e-mail or mailing address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

2. RETURNING THE PRODUCT
When making a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.


3. SHIPPING

According to the applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, follow the steps below:

Fill out the return form and enclose it with your package.

2. RETURN THE PRODUCT
Please return the product with all its accessories. Any returned product should be properly packed and protected, in its original, undamaged packaging.

We do not accept packages sent to us COD or parcel post.

The cost of sending the goods back is covered by the Buyer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
